With my career starting at the tender age of 15, I moved from my little hometown of sunny Hawkes Bay to the big lights of Wellington!
This is where I took the first steps of my hairdressing journey that would eventually lead me to travel and educate throughout NZ and other parts of the world.
After completing my apprenticeship I moved to an inner city salon which I managed for just on 7 years. I then secured a job with JOICO a leading hairdressing brand where I spent 18 years in education and management. Throughout this time I got to work along side some of the best in the business gaining exposure to their creative talents. Being involved behind the scenes at NZ & Australian fashion weeks, working on photo shoots for magazine and TV, being apart of international hair show and travelling to attend conferences throughout the world has helped me gain knowledge and skills I never dreamed of learning.
My love of teaching and helping the next generation of stylists evolve was a real highlight for me.
I am very grateful for all the wonderful experiences and opportunities I have had throughout my career.
My love for colour is undoubtable I love to create the "perfect blonde", but equally enjoy precision cutting and have been trained in both Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon methods.
I am now excited to start my own salon journey creating beautiful hair!
